Online Morning Move & Mingle Program

Shake off your daily stress as we infuse our lives with joy and fun!  Get active through stretching, creative movement while also learning helpful self-care tips. Grab your coffee or tea as we unwind and destress together sharing stories, photos and things that make us smile. Weekly themes will be presented to help guide and inspire our social interaction.
